Revers Osmosis / DeIonizing System
Go Ebay! This is a great setup for $120. I had to add a
few extra items such as an auto shut off valve, but it is
fantasitcally easy to keep great water around now. The water
goes through the RO membrane and then into the storage tank.
From there it is sent either to the reef tank through the DI
cartridge, or to the upstairs refrigerator with water and ice
dispenser.
See how much crap it has taken out of the water in just a few
weeks. I have a feeling my filters won't last the 4-6 months
that they would if the water quality was better.
